“The hinge on a kitchen cabinet door broke. Being a widow I do not have anyone to help when things go wrong around the house. My son-in-law is great but cannot fix anything. He tried to get the hinge from a local hardware shore but the hinges are from a company that has gone out of business. The office took a digital picture of the hinges and from a marking on the metal were able to find it from an online company. I could not get over the perseverance on getting the proper hinge to help me. They only charged me a small fee over the estimate for the cost of the hinge (what they paid for it) Andy On Call is a godsend and I will definitely use them again.
